About the Role

You will run the leadership operating cadence, goal-setting process, and systems for decisions and action tracking. You will hold leaders accountable for commitments, solve ambiguous cross-functional problems, prepare communications and board materials, support hiring loops, and progressively take high-leverage work from the CEO.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a demanding operating environment
• Experience running meetings with senior leaders and driving accountability
• Experience building operational systems and processes
• Business generalist knowledge with a technical understanding of products and markets
• Experience founding a company, serving as a founding employee, or operating with high ownership
• Strong written and spoken communication
• Ability to solve structured and ambiguous business problems

Responsibilities

• Design and run weekly leadership meetings and the broader operating cadence
• Set meeting agendas, drive decisions, and assign owners and dates
• Run quarterly and annual goal-setting processes
• Track leadership commitments and surface slippage
• Own the system of record for leadership, board, and CEO decisions and actions
• Lead ambiguous cross-functional problems to measurable outcomes
• Draft communications and prepare board and all-hands materials
• Run key hiring loops and represent the CEO in meetings
• Run planning, board preparation, and other key company processes
