About the Role
You will manage strategic reseller and system integrator relationships in Korea, supporting the full partner lifecycle from onboarding through deal registration, enablement, contracting, and escalations. You will co-sell with account teams, develop joint business and marketing plans, forecast partner performance, and establish scalable local channel processes.
Requirements
- Experience managing channel or reseller partner relationships in enterprise software or cloud
- Experience working with large Korean systems integrators or cloud managed service providers
- Working knowledge of deal registration and partner tiering
- Full professional fluency in Korean and professional working proficiency in English
- Ability to build processes for an early-stage program
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day relationships with strategic resellers and system integrators in Korea
- Own deal registration, pipeline discipline, conflict resolution, and end-customer reporting
- Forecast and report partner pipeline and performance against revenue and attach targets
- Negotiate resale agreements and commercial terms
- Co-sell on partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities
- Develop and execute joint business plans with partners
- Support partner onboarding, certification, enablement, and recertification
- Manage relationships with AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure in Korea
- Run business reviews and QBRs with partners
- Lead partner co-marketing plans, campaigns, webinars, and events
