You will manage daily campus operations and act as a key contact for employees, vendors, and building management. You will oversee facilities services, maintenance, supplies, workplace programs, events, onboarding, vendor performance, projects, and operating expenses while maintaining consistent service standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in workplace operations, facilities management, hospitality, or a related field
• Vendor management and service-standard experience
• Project management experience
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience coordinating employee events and workplace programs
• Organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Champion a welcoming and hospitality-driven workplace experience
• Manage day-to-day campus and facilities operations
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, preventive maintenance, office services, and workplace improvements
• Manage facilities, janitorial, food and beverage, and workplace-service vendors
• Lead employee engagement initiatives, events, and campus improvement projects
• Collaborate on campus initiatives, space modifications, and employee moves
• Support budget management, track expenses, and evaluate operational performance
