• Office Manager experience in a fast-paced technology company
• Office Manager experience supporting 100 or more employees
• Facilities operations and office-move coordination
• Workplace systems, tools, and platforms
• Property management collaboration
• Emergency and on-call experience
• Customer service and hospitality
• Project management
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
• Ability to communicate with leadership and drive decisions

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative and general office needs

• Serve as the primary contact with building management
• Coordinate social, external, holiday, and offsite events

• Greet visitors and manage their office experience
• Maintain workplace-safety compliance
• Assess employee health and safety risks with Legal
• Issue key cards and visitor passes
