Requirements

5+ years of workplace, facilities, office operations, or related experience
Experience opening an office, leading a build-out, or managing an office expansion
Experience managing budgets, vendor contracts, and building relationships
Experience managing and developing direct reports
Cross-functional collaboration skills
Workplace operations and hospitality experience

Responsibilities

Lead the Dallas office launch and build-out
Establish workplace systems, processes, and standards
Manage building, landlord, and vendor relationships
Manage the workplace budget and vendor spending
Oversee hospitality, visitor management, and executive visits
Manage food, beverage, catering, and office amenities
Create employee events and engagement programs
Hire, manage, and develop a Workplace Coordinator
