About the Role
You will own facilities and workplace management for the Amsterdam office. You will manage facilities providers, landlords, vendors, budgets, invoices, building matters, health and safety, and workplace projects. You will monitor service levels, resolve issues, support office moves and refurbishments, improve operations, and update senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience in property, facilities, or workplace management
- Knowledge of facilities management, building services, and workplace health and safety
- Experience managing outsourced facilities providers, landlords, or vendors
- Experience with service-level agreements
- Experience managing facilities budgets and vendor invoices
- Stakeholder management and communication skills
- Availability to work approximately 20–24 hours per week onsite
- Currently based in the Netherlands
Responsibilities
- Own facilities and workplace management for the Amsterdam office
- Act as the contact for facilities providers, landlords, and vendors
- Manage outsourced providers against agreed service levels
- Oversee building and facilities matters through resolution
- Support health and safety requirements
- Monitor facilities budgets, costs, and vendor invoices
- Coordinate vendors and contractors
- Support office moves, refurbishments, lease-related activities, and workplace projects
- Identify improvements to workplace and facilities operations
- Provide updates and escalate relevant matters to senior stakeholders
