About the Role
You will own global mobility services and oversee telecom expense management, invoices, inventory, budget projections, vendor contracts, and provider performance. You will collaborate with Finance, Legal, Compliance, engineering, and support teams, resolve critical customer issues, and coordinate the daily work and objectives of a distributed team.
Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years of managerial experience in mobile telecommunications
- Leadership, communication, and managerial skills
- Experience operating in matrix structures
- Vendor partnership management
- Experience with automation, AI, and Copilot for metric reporting
- Ability to perform under high-pressure situations
- Ability to meet deadlines for telecom service delivery
Responsibilities
- Serve as Global Service Owner for Mobility Services
- Manage mobility invoices, expenses, payments, and service inventory
- Manage budget projections and adjustments with Finance
- Negotiate contracts with global mobile carriers
- Oversee the telecom expense management provider
- Collaborate with Finance, vendor management, Legal, Compliance, engineering, and support teams
- Act as an escalation contact for global mobility partners
- Coordinate and guide a distributed team of five staff members
