About the Role

You will own the Salesforce design for a core go-to-market funnel domain. You will translate GTM operating needs into processes, data models, automation, validation, routing, and reporting. You will build declarative solutions, write implementation specifications, manage lifecycle handoffs, configure supporting tools, and run discovery, user acceptance testing, enablement, and adoption measurement.

Requirements

• Experience in GTM or revenue systems roles with ownership of a core funnel domain
• Experience designing and rolling out lifecycle, process, or forecasting models
• Hands-on Salesforce skills including Flow, validation, assignment, routing, page design, and Path design
• Communication skills across GTM, leadership, RevOps, and engineering

Responsibilities

• Design Salesforce lifecycle stages, processes, criteria, fields, automation, and guardrails
• Partner with GTM leadership on operating models and data tradeoffs
• Systematize GTM team structure, assignment, ownership, routing, coverage, and crediting
• Translate methodology into fields, validation, scoring, and guidance
• Steward the domain data model and approve related fields, automation, and integrations
• Build declarative Salesforce solutions and write developer specifications
• Manage customer-lifecycle handoffs and evaluate GTM tooling
• Run discovery, user acceptance testing, enablement, and adoption measurement
