About the Role

You will help build out a new Munich office by owning end-to-end recruiting: partner with leadership to design and implement hiring processes and programs, drive sourcing for technical and non-technical roles, and deliver a welcoming candidate experience. You will build reporting in the ATS, support headcount planning and budgeting, and prioritize execution of hiring plans.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
  • Full lifecycle recruiting experience at a technology or software startup
  • Proven ability to source and hire technical talent
  • Strong data literacy and use of data to influence hiring decisions
  • Ability to prioritize and execute hiring plans
  • Experience partnering strategically with business stakeholders
  • Commitment to building inclusive and diverse teams

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to build and implement hiring processes and programs
  • Own the end-to-end recruiting process
  • Drive sourcing initiatives for assigned business functions
  • Provide a welcoming and delightful candidate experience
  • Build and maintain recruitment reporting in the ATS
  • Support headcount planning and budgeting exercises
