About the Role
You will own demand forecasting, supply balancing, build planning, material management, and fulfillment for server systems and rack products. You will manage supply-chain partners, contracts, material liability, sourcing risks, RMA planning, product lifecycle transitions, and planning dashboards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of demand, supply, or material planning experience
- S&OP or IBP knowledge
- Knowledge of BOM structures and CM or ODM manufacturing flow
- Alternate sourcing and material-liability negotiation experience
- Planning-system proficiency
- Advanced Excel
Responsibilities
- Design and scale the L10–L12 partner network
- Drive partner and vendor contracts and supply-chain requirements in statements of work
- Identify, escalate, and resolve supply-chain risks
- Own monthly demand forecasts and lead S&OP
- Translate demand into build plans and rack integration schedules
- Drive customer orders through fulfillment and commit ship dates
- Lead material management and resolve shortages
- Drive alternate sourcing and mitigate lead-time risk
- Negotiate material liability terms and report exposure
- Conduct BOM risk analysis and drive mitigation plans
- Own RMA and field-replacement planning
- Manage NPI ramp planning, EOL transitions, and last-time buys
- Publish planning dashboards and present plans and risks to leadership
