About the Role

Partner directly with leaders across Product and GTM on strategic and operational work with quantifiable impact on customers, partners, and P&L. Own analysis, operating cadences, and cross-functional projects spanning Product, GTM, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Partnerships, using AI tools and agents as a default part of the workflow.

Requirements

  • 6–11 years in management consulting, investment banking, and/or operating roles such as BizOps, Strategy & Ops, or Finance
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a high degree of autonomy in prioritizing what matters most
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels and drive cross-functional consensus
  • Familiarity with AI tools and agents to accelerate workflows is a plus
  • Knowledge of SQL and Tableau preferred
  • Experience in fintech, payments, or high-growth SaaS preferred

Responsibilities

  • Drive the strategic and operational agenda for a Product or GTM organization and its cross-functional initiatives
  • Own foundational operating rhythms including monthly business reports, QBRs, OKRs and KPIs, and executive reporting
  • Build dashboards, metrics, and success measures that give leadership visibility and enable data-driven decisions
  • Partner on product strategy topics including pricing, commercialization, and go-to-market for new and existing products
  • Use AI tools and agents as a default part of daily work
