About the Role

You will interface directly with clients to manage questions and feedback about products and services, analyze trends in client activity and inquiries, develop operational efficiencies, refine business rules and automations, and coordinate with internal teams to support business needs and improve the client experience.

Requirements

  • Work effectively in a fast-paced fintech startup environment
  • Collaborate and problem-solve well
  • Customer-facing experience preferred
  • Communicate effectively with clients
  • Adapt to changing priorities and balance multiple tasks
  • Identify trends in data and make decisions based on analyses
  • Excel or Google Sheets experience is a plus
  • SQL experience is a plus
  • Product management experience is a plus
  • Degree in Communication, Business Finance, Business Operations, Business Marketing, or Information Systems preferred

Responsibilities

  • Interface directly with clients to manage questions and feedback about products and services
  • Analyze and identify trends in client activity and inquiries
  • Identify and develop operational efficiencies to scale the business and processes
  • Refine business rules, automations, and communication methods across Client Operations
  • Act as a liaison between clients and Relationship Management, Engineering, Financial Operations, Risk Management, and Client Services teams
  • Support business needs, improve the product, and enhance the client experience
