About the Role
You will help PaaS clients design and maintain prior authorization decision automation programs. You will translate client requirements into technical blueprints, guide cross-functional development, build performance reports, track KPIs, ensure automation success throughout the client lifecycle, and improve consultation workflows.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a client-facing role
- Expertise in building client relationships and driving client engagement, value, and satisfaction
- Understanding of healthcare systems, medical terminologies, clinical workflows, and regulations
- Ability to navigate ethical dilemmas in healthcare data management and analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficiency with Tableau or Power BI dashboards
- Proficiency with SQL for complex healthcare datasets
- Ability to develop deep product expertise
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders on KPIs and product enhancements
- Bachelor’s degree
Responsibilities
- Consult PaaS clients on decision automation program design
- Translate client requirements into technical blueprints
- Collaborate with Product, Development, Design, and Engineering teams
- Develop roadmaps for decision automation performance improvement
- Analyze authorization data
- Build and maintain analytical reports using data visualization software
- Track client KPIs
- Ensure end-to-end automation success throughout the customer lifecycle
- Identify opportunities to scale and improve consultation workflows
