About the Role
You will identify growth bottlenecks, prototype and operate solutions, and assess their effectiveness. You will build shared sales and delivery workflows, partner with go-to-market and engineering stakeholders, prioritize growth initiatives, and create quantitative views of deal pipeline performance.
Requirements
- Technical foundation in computer science, math, statistics, data science, or a similar quantitative field
- Strategy and hands-on engineering experience
- Metrics-driven problem solving
- Early-stage operating experience
Responsibilities
- Identify pain points and own projects through production and retrospective evaluation
- Architect shared sales and delivery platforms and workflows
- Partner with sellers, revenue operations, growth marketing, and engineering teams
- Debug business problems from hypothesis through operating cadence
- Set roadmaps for growth tools and operational rhythms
- Build quantitative views of deal pipeline movement and solution impact
