About the Role
You will support product managers throughout the product lifecycle, investigate and respond to user inquiries, conduct AI market research, track usage and support metrics, and assist go-to-market and enterprise sales activities. You will work in Tokyo with a global Japanese- and English-speaking team.
Requirements
- Current university or graduate-school enrollment or equivalent early-career experience
- Interest in generative AI and practical applications
- Daily use of LLM products and awareness of current trends
- Business-level Japanese
- English reading and writing for internal and customer communication
- Basic spreadsheet data-handling skills
Responsibilities
- Support product managers by organizing user feedback, drafting requirements, and assisting feature launches
- Investigate user inquiries, draft replies, and maintain FAQs and help documentation
- Return user feedback to the product roadmap
- Assist enterprise sales with presentation materials, meeting notes, and follow-ups
- Conduct market and competitive research on LLM and generative AI products
- Track usage and support metrics and prepare dashboards and reports
- Support campaigns, events, and go-to-market activities
- Collaborate in Japanese and English
