About the Role
You'll play a key role in shaping how the business grows as an early member of Stork's commercial team. You'll own the top of the funnel by identifying target accounts, running creative multi-channel outbound, and generating the qualified pipeline that fuels the Account Executives. You'll work side by side with AEs and company leadership to sharpen the go-to-market motion while building a foundation of prospecting best practices that will scale with the team. This is a launchpad role for someone who wants to grow into an Account Executive and is ready to put in the reps to get there.
Requirements
- Relentless self-starter who takes ownership of your pipeline
- Clear communicator in writing and conversation, able to break down a complex product simply while tailoring your message to a technical audience
- Organized and data-driven, tracking activity and iterating quickly
- Thick skin and real resilience, not taking rejection personally and bouncing back fast
- Hungry to grow into an Account Executive role and willing to put in the reps to get there
Responsibilities
- Build qualified pipeline for the AE team through high-volume, multi-channel outbound, including personalized email, LinkedIn, Telegram, and creative sequences
- Dig into target accounts to understand their business and map the stakeholders who matter
- Work closely with AEs to shape account strategy, ensure smooth transitions, and stay engaged as deals move forward
- Consistently hit and beat monthly targets
- Be the face of Stork in first conversations with prospects
- Feed insights back to the team on what's resonating, which objections keep surfacing, and where the messaging is connecting
- Help shape the playbook from the ground up
