About the Role

You drive growth by proactively researching, identifying, and engaging potential customers across the Web3 and cybersecurity landscape through strategic outbound outreach. You connect with prospects via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to build awareness and interest in security solutions. You qualify inbound and outbound leads and book high quality meetings for Account Executives. You partner with Marketing and Sales to execute targeted, data driven campaigns that resonate with technical and business audiences. You maintain accurate up to date activity logs and lead data in the CRM to ensure pipeline visibility and forecasting accuracy. You represent the organization with credibility, professionalism, and passion to a global audience of builders, operators, and decision-makers.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales development, or a customer-facing role, ideally within SaaS, cybersecurity, or Web3.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to craft compelling tailored outreach.
  • Self-starter mindset, highly motivated, goal driven, and resilient when navigating a long sales cycle or tough prospecting days.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment where priorities shift quickly.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Outreach.
  • Genuine passion for blockchain, Web3, or cybersecurity.
  • Experience with crypto custody and crypto security, and a strong network in the space.
