About the Role

Run high-volume outbound sales to AI startups, model labs, and enterprise AI buyers. Match buyer needs to available GPU inventory, close short-cycle deals, manage pricing and margins, and develop longer-term customer relationships across the NeoCloud portfolio.

Requirements

  • Hunter mindset and enthusiasm for high-volume sales and large deals.
  • SDR or transactional sales background with a record of hitting targets.
  • Full-cycle closing experience is a plus.
  • Comfort with speed, ambiguity, and a fast-moving market.
  • Experience in commodity-style or high-velocity sales environments such as financial instruments, energy, logistics, aviation, or maritime.
  • Basic GPU compute knowledge or willingness to learn quickly.
  • Early-stage startup experience strongly preferred.
  • Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Performance-driven approach with compensation tied to closed business.

Responsibilities

  • Run sustained high-volume outbound targeting AI startups, model labs, and enterprise AI infrastructure buyers.
  • Qualify opportunities based on specifications, timelines, volume, and decision authority.
  • Maintain pipeline discipline across a large, short-cycle book of business.
  • Match customer demand to available GPU inventory and close deals quickly.
  • Work with legal, marketing, hardware, and other stakeholders to close deals effectively.
  • Own pricing, margin management, and the full commercial close.
  • Represent the company at AI infrastructure events and GPU-focused summits.
