About the Role

Requirements
- 3+ years of dedicated recruitment experience with a strong track record in high-volume hiring
- Direct experience recruiting independent contractors auto-entrepreneurs or freelance sales professionals
- Deep understanding of the UK auto-entrepreneur landscape and regulatory environment
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes and building high-volume candidate pipelines
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed aggressive recruitment targets in fast-paced environments
- Bachelor's degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Source and attract experienced independent sales consultants
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process aiming for 20-30 independent consultants per month while prioritizing quality and speed
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Screen candidates for sales aptitude entrepreneurial mindset cultural fit and alignment with company values
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability
- Partner closely with Regional Sales Managers and Team Leaders to understand regional hiring needs and candidate profiles
- Align recruitment efforts with regional growth plans and business priorities
- Work with the Sales Enablement team to ensure smooth handover and onboarding of new consultants
- Provide regular updates on recruitment pipeline progress against targets and market insights
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics including pipeline volume conversion rates time to hire and source effectiveness
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data
- Continuously optimize recruitment processes to improve efficiency and candidate quality
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
- Stay informed about the UK independent contractor market competitive landscape and recruitment trends
- Identify opportunities to strengthen employer brand and attractiveness to independent sales professionals
- Represent the company professionally at recruitment events job fairs and networking activities
- Gather and share insights from candidates about market conditions and competitive dynamics
