About the Role

You'll own exchange onboarding and grow the institutional footprint across Asia, driving execution from first contact to go-live. You will build and close commercial relationships with top Asian exchanges and custodians, guide clients through legal, technical, and commercial integration, and help shape go-live frameworks involving multiple stakeholders. You'll also represent the company at conferences and ecosystem events across the region and provide feedback on product-market fit and onboarding friction.

Requirements

  • 6–10 years in crypto-native sales or exchange/infrastructure business development
  • Strong network across exchanges, primes, and ecosystem partners
  • Fluent in Mandarin (preferred) and confident navigating regional dynamics
  • Self-starter with clear communication and strong follow-through
  • Comfortable working across legal, product, and engineering functions

Responsibilities

  • Develop and close commercial relationships with top Asian exchanges and custodians
  • Onboard trading firms to activate regional settlement flows
  • Lead clients through legal, technical, and commercial integration
  • Help architect go-live frameworks with multiple stakeholders (exchange, custodian, trading firm)
  • Represent BridgePort at conferences and ecosystem events across Asia
  • Provide structured feedback on product-market fit and onboarding friction
