About the Role
Support partnerships, client outreach, scheduling, reporting, and market and competitor research while gaining hands-on experience and mentorship in the games industry.
Requirements
- Currently a registered student at a Dutch university.
- Deep passion for video games.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Confidence in professional outreach and relationship building.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Availability for at least 32 hours per week for a minimum of 3 months.
- Legal authorization to complete an internship in the Netherlands.
Responsibilities
- Help research and identify potential partners, vendors, and collaboration opportunities.
- Support scheduling, agendas, and follow-ups for partner meetings and calls.
- Prepare draft meeting minutes, summaries, and reports for internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to market, competitor, and industry research.
- Communicate professionally with internal and external contacts across languages and time zones.
- Maintain confidentiality around sensitive business and partner information.
