About the Role

Support partnerships, client outreach, scheduling, reporting, and market and competitor research while gaining hands-on experience and mentorship in the games industry.

Requirements

  • Currently a registered student at a Dutch university.
  • Deep passion for video games.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Confidence in professional outreach and relationship building.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Availability for at least 32 hours per week for a minimum of 3 months.
  • Legal authorization to complete an internship in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

  • Help research and identify potential partners, vendors, and collaboration opportunities.
  • Support scheduling, agendas, and follow-ups for partner meetings and calls.
  • Prepare draft meeting minutes, summaries, and reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to market, competitor, and industry research.
  • Communicate professionally with internal and external contacts across languages and time zones.
  • Maintain confidentiality around sensitive business and partner information.
