About the Role
You will lead a focused research and product-development initiative for professional and sophisticated financial users. Interview market participants, identify priority problems and use cases, evaluate self-custody workflows, define product requirements, recommend an MVP and develop a US go-to-market and partnership strategy. You will also engage potential pilot customers and strategic partners.
Requirements
- Significant experience in private wealth management family offices RIAs institutional digital asset custody crypto or digital asset infrastructure corporate treasury private banking or wealth technology
- Strong professional network within the US financial industry
- Understanding of how HNWs and institutions hold and manage digital assets
- Familiarity with custody self-custody governance security and operational controls
- Experience translating client requirements into financial or technology products
- Ability to conduct market research and senior-level customer interviews independently
- Strong commercial judgment
- Entrepreneurial mindset
Responsibilities
- Interview family offices HNWs wealth managers RIAs corporate treasuries custodians and other market participants
- Identify priority problems and viable use cases
- Evaluate self-custody within wealth-management and institutional crypto workflows
- Define product requirements for approval workflows permissions controls audit trails reporting backup recovery inheritance and integrations
- Identify US regulatory and operational considerations
- Recommend target customer segments and value propositions
- Define an MVP or pilot
- Develop a go-to-market and partnership strategy
- Introduce and engage potential pilot customers and strategic partners
