About the Role
You will define and execute commercial strategies to drive adoption of onchain payment solutions across Brazil and key cross-border corridors. You will engage senior stakeholders at banks, fintechs, and payment providers, structure deals from initial discussions to signed agreements, and ensure successful integrations by coordinating with product, engineering, legal, and finance teams. You will deliver market intelligence, build persuasive commercial materials, and maintain disciplined CRM and pipeline reporting to track performance and growth.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in payments fintech or financial services with exposure to cross-border payments or remittances
- Strong network within Brazil's financial ecosystem including banks fintechs PSPs or card networks
- Proven ability to originate and close complex B2B or institutional deals
- Solid understanding of payments infrastructure and working knowledge or strong interest in stablecoins and onchain finance
- Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders through commercial and advisory conversations
- Fluency in Portuguese and English
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage key players across the payments and stablecoins ecosystem
- Drive adoption and volume across payments infrastructure with focus on Brazil and Brazil–US corridors
- Prioritize and engage high-impact institutions including banks fintechs PSPs and remittance providers
- Act as a trusted advisor by translating product capabilities into clear payments use cases
- Structure and execute commercial opportunities from early-stage engagement through to signed agreements and scaled usage
- Collaborate with product engineering legal marketing and finance to deliver successful integrations
- Co-develop and execute go-to-market strategies with ecosystem participants
- Provide market intelligence and strategic input on partner corridors and use cases
- Support selection and optimization of local ramp infrastructure and partners in Brazil
- Build and maintain presentations case studies and business cases to support partner engagement
- Maintain CRM discipline pipeline tracking and performance reporting
