About the Role
You will accelerate adoption by owning partner integrations and driving new business through ecosystem relationships. You will source and qualify opportunities, lead deals from structuring to execution, co-design integration solutions with partners, work with product and engineering to deliver bespoke integrations, manage a partner pipeline, collaborate with marketing on launches, and represent the product at industry events.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in DeFi, business development, or partnerships
- Deep understanding of DeFi protocols, liquidity markets, and yield products
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to developers and business stakeholders
- Proven track record of driving measurable results through partnerships or integrations
- Experience collaborating with marketing on partner-facing campaigns and launches
- Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple deal cycles
- Self-starter attitude and ability to operate autonomously in a fast-moving global organization
Responsibilities
- Drive enterprise adoption of Aave technologies across fintechs, neobanks, custodians, and exchanges
- Identify and develop strategic ecosystem opportunities with exchanges, wallet providers, and payment platforms
- Lead full-cycle sales from sourcing and qualification through deal structuring, negotiation, and execution
- Co-design partner products and translate market needs into integration opportunities
- Partner with engineering and product to deliver bespoke solutions connecting traditional rails with onchain liquidity
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of partners and prioritize deals
- Collaborate with marketing to define go-to-market narratives and partnership playbooks
- Work on revenue forecasting and strategic account management
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and executive forums
