About the Role
You conduct strategic research and prepare investment decks, support overseas IR, BD, and sales trips, and manage communications with global partners. You analyze data, support valuation and deal closing, coordinate meetings and documentation, and assist with investor onboarding while responding flexibly to global partner time zones.
Requirements
- Internship experience at a global investment bank, private equity fund, asset management company, or securities company
- Strong understanding of corporate analysis, financial structures, valuation, and finance
- Native-level English proficiency for professional business discussions and English report writing
- Experience using AI tools, including vibe coding or building side projects
- Submission of a GitHub repository demonstrating AI tool experience
- Strong interest in blockchain and cryptocurrency
- Ability to understand work context independently and act proactively
- Demonstrated energy and persistence
- Experience leading a project or business from planning through execution and final results
- Fluency in Chinese is preferred
- A degree from an overseas university is preferred
- Background in computer science, mathematics, or statistics, or ability to perform quantitative modeling and technical research is preferred
Responsibilities
- Conduct strategic research and prepare investment decks
- Travel overseas for IR, BD, and sales activities
- Lead communication with global partners and manage business relationships
- Analyze data and support valuation before and after executive meetings
- Complete the work required for deal closing
- Handle deal-closing documentation and schedule coordination
- Support investor onboarding
- Respond flexibly and immediately according to global partner time zones
