About the Role
You will identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in sectors requiring trustworthy AI such as healthcare, finance, government, and technology. You will cultivate strong client relationships and understand their AI transparency and compliance needs. You will articulate the value proposition of Trustworthy AI solutions, collaborate with product, technical support, and marketing to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction, meet sales targets and KPIs, provide regular pipeline and forecast reporting, and represent the company at industry events.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced degrees or certifications in AI, technology, or related fields preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management in technology or AI industries.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, particularly trustworthy, ethical, and verifiable AI frameworks.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage sales pipelines, forecast accurately, and achieve targets.
- Experience working in a remote or distributed environment, with the ability to operate independently and collaboratively across teams.
- Must understand AI/ML concepts, data governance, compliance frameworks, and emerging AI regulations such as the EU AI Act.
- Capable of engaging in credible technical discussions without needing to be an engineer.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional European languages desirable for the Europe-based role.
