About the Role
You will serve as the primary IT contact for Burgundy sites, ensuring that IT services meet business needs, service agreements, group standards, and cybersecurity requirements. You will coordinate stakeholders, manage incidents and ticket backlogs, improve processes and documentation, support IT projects, oversee suppliers, contribute to audits and crisis exercises, and travel regularly across the assigned sites.
Requirements
- General knowledge of IT infrastructure, including workstations, servers, networks, and security
- Ability to adapt communication to business users, management, VIPs, and technical staff
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing IT service providers in a complex environment is desirable
- Operational English is desirable
- 5 to 10 years of experience
Responsibilities
- Ensure delivery and quality of IT catalog services
- Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and service reporting
- Coordinate IT stakeholders across Burgundy sites
- Escalate and arbitrate user incidents and requests
- Monitor ticket backlogs
- Improve processes, treatment procedures, and documentation
- Contribute to IT project scoping and deployments
- Support the IT asset lifecycle and ITSM catalogs
- Contribute to audits and IT crisis exercises
- Lead the network of business IT correspondents
- Organize prevention plans with sites and suppliers
- Manage technical-assistance suppliers
