About the Role
You will own portfolio-wide operations standards, vendor data requirements, document governance, KPI definitions, and owner-side CMMS governance. You will align operations acceptance criteria with delivery turnover requirements, audit program performance across sites, standardize operational transition practices, and report standards performance to Operations leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years in critical facilities operations, operations programs, or asset management with ownership of procedure or document governance and CMMS program standards at a portfolio or multi-site level
- Experience governing an outsourced facilities-management relationship
- Experience building standards, templates, and acceptance processes
- Document control, audit, and standards-writing capability
- Executive-quality written reporting
Responsibilities
- Own the operations vendor data requirements standard, templates, document control, and acceptance authority
- Define and maintain portfolio-wide KPI definitions, evidence standards, and commercial linkage points
- Own owner-side CMMS and document-management governance standards
- Align operations turnover acceptance criteria with delivery documentation templates
- Conduct periodic remote audits of CMMS data, preventive-maintenance trends, and reporting integrity
- Standardize the operating model and codify the operations transition playbook
- Publish operations program and standards performance reporting
