About the Role

You will develop and implement scalable product-acceptance systems, standard work, visual controls, and manufacturing programs. You will create training and qualification programs, improve compliance and documentation, solve recurring production issues, support scaling operations, and verify that process improvements deliver sustainable results.

Requirements

  • Have experience in manufacturing, engineering, production, quality, or a related technical environment
  • Demonstrate the ability to implement solutions for loosely defined problems
  • Have hands-on problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Have experience improving manufacturing processes, systems, or standard work
  • Work effectively across Engineering, Operations, and Quality
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Work directly on the manufacturing floor in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement scalable product acceptance systems, standard work, visual controls, and best practices
  • Identify process gaps and implement sustainable solutions
  • Support tooling, test equipment, calibration, preventive maintenance, and asset-management systems
  • Create repeatable documented processes
  • Develop onboarding, training, qualification, and certification programs
  • Build and maintain skills and cross-training matrices
  • Create technical training materials, troubleshooting guides, and visual aids
  • Lead ESD control and IPC workmanship programs
  • Develop procedures, training, audits, and corrective actions
  • Lead cross-functional root-cause analysis and corrective actions
  • Improve standard work, workplace organization, process flow, and visual management
  • Identify production-floor pain points and improvement opportunities
  • Verify measurable and sustainable improvement results
  • Develop systems and standards that support higher production volumes and multiple shifts
  • Standardize proven practices across teams, shifts, and future facilities
