About the Role

You will support facilities operations, maintenance, workplace services, and operational readiness across sites. You will coordinate vendors and projects, monitor service and compliance performance, maintain records and reporting, support safety and business continuity activities, and assist with sustainability and workplace transformation initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Architecture, Building Services, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • 3 years of relevant facilities management, corporate real estate, workplace services, building operations, or project coordination experience
  • Familiarity with facilities maintenance, soft services, vendor management, workplace safety, and compliance requirements
  • Facilities management and building operations knowledge
  • Vendor and contract management knowledge
  • Project coordination and stakeholder management
  • Workplace Safety and Health knowledge
  • Risk and compliance management
  • Business continuity and operational readiness
  • Data analysis and reporting

Responsibilities

  • Support facility operations and maintenance across branches, offices, ATM facilities, and critical infrastructure
  • Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance with service providers
  • Monitor facility performance, work orders, service requests, and maintenance records
  • Coordinate workplace services and conduct site inspections
  • Manage outsourced facilities service providers and contractors
  • Monitor vendor performance, service reports, records, invoices, sourcing, and contract renewals
  • Support regulatory compliance, safety inspections, audits, risk assessments, and remediation actions
  • Maintain facility compliance documentation and statutory records
  • Support emergency preparedness, business continuity, and incident response
  • Maintain utility, ESG, sustainability, facilities, and performance data
  • Support facility projects, workplace transformation, site handover, and operational readiness
  • Prepare project reports, dashboards, presentations, and management updates
