About the Role
You will oversee office operations, inventory, vendors, documentation, and office equipment. You will create procedures and templates, coordinate with Facilities on health, safety, and security, address office-wide operational needs, and plan and deliver workshops, meetings, events, celebrations, and visitor activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related discipline and 2+ years of office management or similar administrative experience
- Experience with electronic calendaring, communication, presentation, and reporting tools
- Experience with MS Office, Adobe Pro, DocuSign, Navan or Concur, Workday, and Jira
- Problem-solving, organization, prioritization, and time-management skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information ethically and professionally
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Valid US driver’s license with a safe driving record
- Ability to use personal protective equipment
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 40 pounds
- Ability to enter, exit, and ride in class 8 trucks and passenger vehicles
- Ability to work overtime and a flexible schedule when necessary
Responsibilities
- Manage office operations and inventory of supplies and equipment
- Own vendor relationships from sourcing through ongoing performance
- Develop standard operating procedures, templates, playbooks, and shared-services models
- Execute business procedures, processes, and projects
- Partner with Facilities to maintain health, safety, and security compliance
- Provide light maintenance and troubleshooting for office equipment
- Support office strategic planning and solve office-wide operational challenges
- Plan, coordinate, and execute workshops, events, parties, celebrations, meetings, and visitor activities
