About the Role
You will own facility operations, including MEP plant health, maintenance, and site services. You will build and manage preventive maintenance programs, oversee vendor contracts and invoices, and partner with construction and commissioning to transition new capacity into operations.
Requirements
- Experience operating critical or industrial facilities
- Experience building or rebuilding preventive maintenance programs
- Vendor contract management
- Experience taking buildings over from construction
- Data center operations
- CMMS
- NFPA 70E
- Water treatment
Responsibilities
- Own facility operations, MEP plant health, maintenance, and site services

- Manage facility vendors and service contracts from scope to invoice
