About the Role
You will lead on-site network deployment, turn-up, validation, acceptance, and handover across data centers. You will run fleet repair operations, manage vendors, RMA and spares, monitor SLAs and telemetry, improve standards, and communicate delivery risks. You will travel extensively to sites.

Responsibilities
- Own network deployment outcomes for assigned sites and data-hall waves
- Confirm network readiness during construction and resolve delivery gaps
- Perform on-site network delivery, cabling, turn-up, quality assurance, and close-out
- Validate build handover into production operations and the repair program
- Own fleet network repair SLAs, prioritization, escalation paths, and performance tracking
- Manage RMA, warranty claims, return cycles, and spares for network gear
- Lead deployment and repair reviews with site partners
- Analyze failure patterns and drive corrective actions
- Create procedures, checklists, acceptance criteria, and metrics from deployment lessons
- Communicate status, dependencies, and risks to stakeholders
