About the Role
You will lead electrical, mechanical, and structural-steel sourcing across critical equipment categories. You will manage sourcing managers, negotiate multi-year supply agreements, secure factory capacity, qualify second sources, track supplier milestones, and align specifications with engineering and manufacturing.
Requirements
- Experience sourcing major electrical and mechanical equipment for large construction or data-center programs
- Experience managing category managers or buyers
- Experience reserving factory capacity ahead of firm designs
- Experience negotiating multi-year committed-volume agreements with OEMs
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical equipment lead times
- Ability to read specifications and drawings
Responsibilities
