About the Role
You will build and lead a small engineering squad delivering AI-powered operational systems. You will own discovery, architecture, implementation, evaluation, rollout, and adoption; design agents, RAG pipelines, tool-calling systems, and multi-agent workflows; build full-stack integrations; guide technical direction; and mentor engineers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Production-grade AI systems experience
- Agentic architectures including RAG systems, tool calling, orchestration, multi-agent workflows, structured outputs, memory, and workflow management
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent
- LLM evaluation methodologies, regression testing, benchmarking, and acceptance criteria
- AI-native development workflows
- Full-stack engineering with APIs, backend services, and frontend development
- Cloud platforms, preferably Azure
- Scalable system design
- Vector databases, embeddings, and data pipelines
- Strong communication skills
Responsibilities
- Lead a small squad delivering agentic AI solutions
- Own problem discovery, solution design, implementation, evaluation, and rollout
- Design and build AI agents and applications
- Define agent frameworks, orchestration patterns, RAG architecture, data pipelines, and evaluation frameworks
- Establish testing, evaluation, monitoring, observability, and continuous improvement practices
- Build APIs, backend services, and user-facing tools
- Integrate internal systems, CRM, data platforms, and third-party tools
- Partner with business stakeholders to prioritize use cases and drive adoption
- Contribute code, review implementations, and guide architecture decisions
- Mentor and unblock engineers
