About the Role
You lead the Construction organization across multiple markets, managing project execution, operational performance, vendor strategy, team development, budgets, and process improvement. You coach construction specialists, establish performance metrics, strengthen contractor networks, inspect properties, analyze operational and financial results, resolve escalated issues, and partner with Product and Engineering on automation and AI-enabled workflows.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in residential construction, renovations, property maintenance, or a related field
- 5+ years leading managers, supervisors, or operational teams

Responsibilities

- Own construction operational performance
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards
