Requirements
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree
- Extensive game industry experience
- Experience working within cross-functional teams
- Experience managing, leading, and coaching Software Engineering teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Management skills across multiple simultaneous projects
- Experience in a deadline-driven environment
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of complex applications, components, platforms, and services
- Oversee advanced data models, data marts, and data flows
- Establish technical standards, best practices, and guidelines
- Provide strategic direction to the engineering department
