About the Role
You will define and manage system requirements for L2/L3 automated-driving and ADAS products. You will create test scenarios, align architecture and implementation with customer constraints, test vehicles, resolve system issues, and improve system performance using testing and user feedback.
Requirements
- 5+ years of system engineering, automotive development, or related experience
- Experience defining and managing requirements for complex systems
- Proficiency with requirements-management tools such as Jama or DOORS
- Proficiency with system-engineering tools such as MATLAB/Simulink or Enterprise Architect
- Understanding of automotive sensors, software integration, and vehicle dynamics
- Experience with system validation and troubleshooting in real-world conditions
- Problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
Responsibilities
- Define actionable system requirements for assigned products
- Align requirements with customer and business needs
- Maintain requirements traceability throughout the product lifecycle
- Create and refine real-world test scenarios using data-driven insights
- Align data collection, scenarios, KPIs, and behaviour specifications with software developers
- Develop system architecture with solutions and architecture teams
- Support vehicle integration
- Test and validate systems in vehicles
- Define system-level and vehicle-level test specifications
- Diagnose, escalate, and resolve system issues
- Improve processes and system performance based on testing and user feedback
