About the Role

You will oversee daily automation operations and production management at a customer site. You will assess performance, identify root causes, implement corrective actions, own operating plans and financial commitments, and report results. You will maintain quality and safety standards, resolve customer issues, coach the operations team, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and LOTO protocols.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Industrial Automation, or Business Administration, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 7 years of functional management and direct supervisory experience
• Minimum of 5 years of direct leadership in an operations environment
• Experience in logistics, material management, inventory control, or manufacturing operations
• Understanding of operational metrics and performance management
• Ability to drive change and implement process improvements
• Budget preparation and financial management experience
• Flexibility for overtime and travel
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client and customer locations

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, LOTO protocols, and company policies
• Support team development through coaching, training, and hands-on leadership
