About the Role
You will advise on global employment, HR, and recruiting matters. You will manage employment litigation and arbitration, oversee outside counsel, support internal investigations, advise on compensation, benefits, payroll, immigration, and employee relations, and build structured employment legal processes.
Requirements
- US attorney license
- 7+ years of employment-law experience at a top-tier law firm or in-house legal team
- Experience with international and cross-jurisdictional employment matters
- Ability to provide practical business advice on complex legal concepts
- Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating employment-related agreements
- Experience advising business teams
Responsibilities
- Manage legal HR, employment, and recruiting matters globally
- Advise HR, finance, compliance, and recruiting teams on employment matters
- Manage employment litigation and arbitration and supervise outside counsel
- Advise on internal investigations and interview employees
- Advise on employee retention, payroll, executive compensation, benefits, performance management, and immigration matters
- Build employment legal processes and infrastructure
- Partner with regional leadership to operationalize strategic direction
