About the Role
You will draft, review, and negotiate commercial AI SaaS contracts. You will help establish the EMEA legal function under the Head of EMEA Legal and address other legal issues as they arise.
Requirements
- Be a qualified lawyer with 2+ years of post-qualification experience in commercial or technology law
- Have a transactional background in technology or IP licensing commercial agreements
- Be able to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
- Have a collaborative work style
- Have a service-oriented approach to solving problems
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial AI SaaS contracts
- Help establish the EMEA legal function
- Address other legal issues as they arise
