About the Role
You'll be at the heart of building the transcripts that power our platform, connecting with industry experts and helping grow our content offering. You'll source and prospect experts for time-sensitive client projects, reach out to top decision-makers and C-level executives through LinkedIn, email, and phone, and connect investors with these experts to support informed decisions. You'll manage multiple projects at once in a performance-driven environment, control your own earning potential by exceeding quotas, and as you grow in the role you'll have the chance to move into customer-facing account management, working directly with global institutional investors and hedge fund managers on project management and primary research.
Requirements
- Experience in sales, recruiting, account management, sourcing, or similar gained through internships, extracurricular leadership, or up to 1-2 years of full-time experience
- Comfortable with strategic sourcing and cold outreach
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence to engage C-level executives
- High energy, enthusiasm and a positive attitude
- Persistence, drive, and a goal-oriented mindset
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Coachable, with willingness to learn, adapt and improve
Responsibilities
- Source and prospect industry experts for time-sensitive client projects
- Investigate, identify, and source industry information and experts using various tools
- Contact top decision-makers and C-level executives via LinkedIn, email, and phone calls
- Connect investors with decision-makers to support informed decisions
- Own and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Exceed quotas and stay ahead of monthly metrics
- Advance into customer-facing account management involving project management and primary research
