About the Role

You will serve as the day-to-day contact for a portfolio of customers, resolve operational needs, and escalate complex issues through resolution. You will analyze customer and program trends, maintain account-management materials, support customer-facing presentations and reporting, and improve operational processes with cross-functional partners.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in account management, customer success, operations, business development, or a related field
  • Written and verbal communication
  • Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and IF/SUMIF formulas
  • Process improvement
  • Interest in payments, financial services, or technology

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Core Segment customers
  • Manage support tickets, program inquiries, configuration questions, and status updates
  • Ensure customer programs run smoothly and resolve issues promptly
  • Build customer relationships and identify recurring needs
  • Escalate complex issues and see them through resolution
  • Analyze macro, business, technology, and pipeline trends for key customers
  • Document and improve account-management operational processes
  • Create and maintain templates, playbooks, and reference materials
  • Prepare customer-facing materials, QBRs, executive briefing decks, reporting, and account summaries
  • Perform data analysis and reporting on customer trends, program health, and portfolio insights
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Settlement, Compliance, and Support to close action items
