About the Role
You will provide administrative support for contract administration and Guild Relations operations. You will gather and analyze writer-agreement data, maintain client and document-management records, coordinate onboarding materials, and ensure contracts and new information are accurately uploaded to internal systems.
Requirements
- 1+ years of administrative experience, preferably supporting contract-related work at a studio, law firm, or network
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- Ability to liaise effectively with senior executives, internal stakeholders, and external clients
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- General business knowledge and interest in television, film, and entertainment
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Outlook, Word, internet research, Zoom, Slack, Concur, and Workday
Responsibilities
- Gather relevant data for writer agreements from literary agents, assistants, and accounting executives
- Acquire client agreements and update the document management report
- Research, compile, and analyze client agreements to determine client sharing status
- Update client lists and coordinate onboarding materials for new writer clients
- Coordinate with the Data Team to update new information in the internal system
- Ensure contracts are uploaded into the internal system
