About the Role

You will translate ambiguous customer needs into product strategy, technical scope, commercial proposals, and revenue opportunities. You will lead discovery, proposals, proofs of concept, procurement, deployments, and expansions while partnering with research, product, engineering, legal, finance, executives, and customers. You will also shape positioning, narratives, case studies, and repeatable go-to-market processes for frontier AI infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Understand customer workflows and technical pain points
  • Translate customer conversations into technical and commercial strategy
  • Shape product packaging and repeatable customer narratives
  • Own high-value customer opportunities from discovery through expansion
  • Run discovery with technical and executive stakeholders
  • Build business cases and technical wedges
  • Draft proposals, scopes, and commercial structures
  • Coordinate internal workstreams across research, product, engineering, legal, and finance
  • Turn early deployments into expansion and long-term platform revenue
  • Bring customer signals to applied research prioritization
  • Create positioning, sales narratives, customer decks, case studies, and reference architectures
