About the Role
You will onboard customers to products and APIs, guide them on prompting, evaluation, and fine-tuning, and deploy high-impact GenAI use cases. You will collaborate on complex LLM projects, contribute to inference and fine-tuning codebases, support pre-sales discussions, and improve products from customer feedback.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Korean
- PhD or Master's degree in AI or data science
- 5+ years as a technical individual contributor on AI-based products
- Experience fine-tuning LLMs and addressing advanced RAG or agentic use cases
- Understanding of machine learning and LLM concepts and algorithms
- Experience building and deploying LLM or NLP applications
- Experience implementing AI or machine learning products with APIs, backend interfaces, and frontend interfaces
- Python coding skills
- Deep learning experience with PyTorch
- Experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain and vector databases
- Communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
Responsibilities
