About the Role
You will own production AI projects from failure diagnosis and evaluation design through deployment and iteration. You will develop LLM and agentic systems, improve model behavior, build evaluation pipelines and feedback loops, apply recent AI research, and work across models, data, orchestration, serving, observability, and production debugging.
Requirements
- 5+ years in production machine learning, research engineering, or applied AI
- Experience building or materially improving a consequential production AI system
- Knowledge of LLMs, transformers, and production AI systems
- Experience designing evaluations for LLMs, agents, or complex AI systems
- Experience building systems with models, tools, retrieval, context, state, routing, or orchestration
- Python proficiency and modern machine learning framework experience
- Knowledge of deployment, observability, CI/CD, and containerized systems
Responsibilities
- Design and own evaluation pipelines for LLM and agentic systems
- Diagnose production failure modes and test model and system improvements
- Develop production agentic AI systems
- Turn production failures and user feedback into datasets, evaluations, and improved model behavior
- Translate AI research into practical experiments
- Own models, data, evaluation, orchestration, serving, and observability work
