About the Role
You will own a research project from question framing through experiments and paper submission. You will study and evaluate AI agents, explore post-training methods, work with text and audio datasets, and translate applicable findings into production improvements.

Responsibilities
- Own a research project from question framing through paper submission
- Advance agent evaluation and develop measures of reliability and consistency
- Study agent reasoning, tool use, policy following, and failure modes
- Explore supervised fine-tuning and reinforcement learning methods
- Work with large-scale text and audio interaction datasets
- Translate applicable research findings into production improvements
