About the Role
You will serve as a technical thought partner to strategic startup customers, helping them develop, deliver, and scale AI applications. You will prototype solutions, provide proactive technical guidance, share reusable resources, gather product feedback, and build relationships across the startup ecosystem.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a software engineer, ML engineer, or equivalent
- Spanish, English, and Portuguese proficiency
- Python proficiency
- JavaScript proficiency
- Knowledge of AI and LLM best practices
- Experience building or delivering prototypes on the API platform
- Ability to identify customer business-value opportunities using the API
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
Responsibilities
- Partner with strategic startup customers to build applications on the API
- Provide guidance that maximizes business impact and accelerates application development
- Experiment and prototype alongside customers
- Contribute open-source resources and codify best practices
- Synthesize and deliver customer feedback to Product and Research teams
- Build relationships across the startup ecosystem
