About the Role
You will identify manual processes and turn them into automated workflows. You will design, build, and maintain LLM-based agents, bots, and internal tools integrated with Slack, internal APIs, and third-party services. You will take solutions from problem definition through deployment, production monitoring, and iteration, while collaborating with Infrastructure and Security teams.
Requirements
- Demonstrable software development experience and ability to adapt to backend languages such as Go, Java, and Python.
- Knowledge of CI/CD and deployment pipelines.
- Ability to use AI natively in the development lifecycle, including problem framing, agent delegation, context management, harnesses, and agent self-correction.
- Experience building bots, agents, or automations end to end.
- Proficiency with LLMs, their APIs, and integrations with third-party tools.
- Ability to understand business needs before defining technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Identify and automate manual processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Design, develop, and maintain LLM-based agents, bots, and internal solutions.
- Integrate solutions with Slack, internal APIs, and third-party services.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions and define scope before implementation.
- Deliver solutions end to end, including CI/CD deployment and production monitoring.
- Propose tools and technologies that improve efficiency, scalability, and quality.
- Collaborate with Infrastructure and Security teams to meet technical and security standards.
- Iterate rapidly on changing projects based on results.
